A career counselling session focusing on UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) was conducted for students of classes 11 and 12. The session aimed to provide insights into the UK university application process and empower students to make informed decisions about their higher education. Tagore International School hosted a Career Workshop tailored for Class XI and XII students, focusing on New Age Careers. The workshop aimed to enlighten students about emerging career paths in various industries. Attendees gained valuable insights into contemporary job opportunities and skill requirements, empowering them to make informed career decisions. "Career Conclave-2023 "(13-10-23)
On 13 October 2023, a career conclave was hosted for students of classes XI-XII. Distinguished speakers from diverse professional fields enlightened the students about the wide array of career paths available to
them.
The day commenced with a session conducted by Mr. Rajesh Mishra, focusing on comprehending CUET. Subsequently, students dispersed to their chosen venues to engage with experts in fields such as Merchant Navy with Mr. Anuj Bagla, Digital Marketing led by Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Architecture presented by Ms. Tanya Kumar, Public Policy explained by Mr. Arpit Solanki, and more. These sessions fostered interactive and enriching learning experiences for the students. Additionally, there were other informative sessions, including Start Up insights from Mr. Anurag Pandey, guidance on Securing Global Scholarships by Mr. Manik Kubba, insights into a Career in Finance by Mr. Shunil Tripathi, and a Legal Perspective shared by Mr. Laksh Khanna. Each session included a Q& A segment where students could seek clarifications.
Furthermore, students also had the opportunity to explore different university booths, where they could discover various courses and educational possibilities. Overall, the event was a delightful, interactive, and invaluable learning opportunity that provided students with valuable insights into their potential future careers.

Career in Design' for classes XI & XII (10.08.2023)
The speaker for the session was Richard Bara is a versatile academic in the field of design, known for his expertise in History, Theory, and Criticism of traditional and contemporary built forms. With a master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, he possesses a strong educational foundation that underpins his successful career. He interactively walked students through the various career options in design, how to break into them and what to expect out of it.
‘Liberal Arts & Sciences as a career option’ held on 01.08.2023 (Classes XI & XII)
The speaker for the session was Ms. Vrinda Tandon, Deputy Manager Outreach, Ashoka University. She provided information about the concept of liberal education. Students were informed about the successful people worldwide who decided to choose liberal education as a career path. She highlighted the fact that liberal education offers a broad knowledge of the wider world (e.g. science, culture, and society) as well as in-depth study in a specific area of interest. It was indeed a learning experience for the students who got a broader picture about liberal education and how it can empower them to deal with complexity, diversity and change. She also discussed the admission criteria and scholarships offered at Ashoka University.
International Education Day held on 28.07.2023
University Delegates from six different universities visited the school and interacted with the students. The delegates shared their brochures and other course related material during the program. The participating universities were The University of Arizona, Ecole Intut Lab, B M Munjal University, Indian School of Hospitality and World University of Design.
Deakin Career Studios held on 25.07.2023 (Class XII)
In its endeavour to enable students towards a career of the future, the school hosted a series of experiential studios in various study areas with a focus on international careers opportunities. These experiential studios were conducted by subject experts from Deakin University.
With the focus shifting to holistic learning, students were given insights on how to navigate future studies, and career prospects on an international scale.

Career Guidance Seminar on Law’ by Harsh Srivastava (25/04/2023)
The speaker for the session was Mr. Harsh Srivastava, a law graduate from National law university Bangalore. Mr. Srivastava was awarded with best mediation advocacy at 15th international chamber of commerce international mediation competition ,Paris,France (2020). Currently, he is litigating in Delhi High Court.
Mr. Srivastava guided students on how to prepare for the entrance exams of top notch law schools, the wide array of career opportunities prevalent, corporate placements offered, practice prospects and the scope for higher studies. The students also clarified their doubts regarding the exams, judiciary selection and the packages offered.
Session on Career Options after 12th for classes XI & XII held on 19/04/2023
The speakers for the session were Mr. Arindam Bhattacharya and Mr. Rajesh Misra. The aim of the workshop was to help the students make informed decision. The session covered various facets of career choice and its determining factors such as aptitude and interest, availability of opportunity and inherent potential. Urging the students to believe in their strengths and follow their passion, the resource people also threw light on the various skills required for pursuing a particular career, and how a combination of such skills is essential for success in a field. Further the students were introduced to the profile building and personal mapping.
