South District Taekwondo Championship
In the Event 17th South District Taekwondo Championship held at Alankar Banquet Hall, Delhi Cantonment participants of Sub Jr Male Team and Sub Jr Female Team got medals and certificates. In this event our school was awarded with a “Winner” trophy for securing 1st position and our mentors Ms. Sumitra, Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Ajay also received mementoes for being “Best Coach”. Junior Athletic Meet 2024
Tagore International School, East of Kailash, recently hosted its Junior Athletic Meet, a spirited celebration of athleticism for students from Nursery to Class V on 25 October 2024. The youngest participants charmed the spectators with their exercises, setting an enthusiastic tone for the day.
The engagement and encouragement of the Guests of Honour, Frau Anika Schneider and Frau Barbera Hettich, representing the German school, Johannes Kepler Gymnasium, Weil der Stadt, Germany, brought an inspiring international dimension to the event, promoting camaraderie and cultural exchange.
The highlights of the event included impressive demonstrations in yoga, aerobics, judo, taekwondo, and gymnastics, showcasing students; discipline, coordination, and athletic skill. The excitement peaked with fun races, filling the air with cheers from parents and teachers alike. The Junior Athletic Meet was a memorable celebration of talent, sportsmanship, and international friendship.
