Taekwondo Championship 2025

Our school proudly secured 1st position at the Taekwondo Championship 2025  held at Ashoka Hall Sadar Bazar Cantonment, New Delhi marking an extraordinary achievement for both the students and the institution. Competing against many talented individuals, our athletes demonstrated exceptional skill and determination. Their efforts earned not only medals and certificates but also a coveted trophy for the school, making this victory a testament to their hard work, dedication, and discipline

Primary Athletic Meet

In Class V, the Girls Relay team secured a well-earned 2nd position, comprising Suneeti, Bhavika, Sudeshna, and Izna. The Boys Relay team also achieved 2nd position, with the strong performance of Jasraj, Purav, Anurag, and Kashyap. In individual events, Izna triumphed in the 100m race, winning the Gold Medal, while Kashyap demonstrated his skill in the Ball Throw, also earning the Gold Medal.

In Class IV, the Girls Relay team finished in 2nd position, with Myra, Bhavika, Khirad, and Priya playing a pivotal role. Similarly, the Boys Relay team earned 2nd position, thanks to Ankush, Raushan, Gaurav, and Alyan Ali. Individually, Ankush claimed 3rd position in the Standing Broad Jump, while Raushan brought home the Gold Medal in the Ball Throw. Khirad also excelled, earning the 3rd position in the 50m race and the 2nd position in the Standing Broad Jump, making a strong impact across multiple events.

In Class II, the Boys Relay team finished in 3rd position, consisting of Shivay Saluja, Shivay Batra, Tarush, and Avyan. Avyan made an impressive mark by winning the Gold Medal in the 25m race, while Tarush earned the Bronze Medal in the same event. In the girls’ events, Sonakshi took the Gold Medal in the 25m race, and Ishani clinched the Gold Medal in the Standing Broad Jump, making Class II a standout category in the competition.

CBSE Cluster XX Athletic Meet (Girls)

CBSE Cluster XX Athletic Meet ( Girls )organized by ASN public School, Mayur Vihar Delhi  at Vinod Nagar Stadium from 25th -27th September 2024 Winners are :

  • Tania Besoya: Silver in 400 mts. Race and Gold in 200 mts. Race.
  • Aahna Jawa: Silver in 100 mts. Race and Bronze in Long jump.
  • Taniya Besoya XII A, Aahna Jawa IX C,  ⁠Juhi Singh XII A, Sanchita Jana XII A,  ⁠Akshdha Trivedi XI B won silver in   4×100 mts relay and  4×400 mts relay .

CBSE Cluster XX Athletic Meet Boys

CBSE Cluster XX Athletic Meet Boys 2024 organised by Bal Bharti Public School, Pitampura from 30th September to 1st October 2024 at Pooth Kalan Sports Complex Rohini Delhi. Winners are:

a.Manav Besoya XII A : Gold  in 400mts race and Silver in  800 mts race.

b.Relay Team of Manav Besoya ,Ishan Jha XII A, Kabir Bisht XII A, Priyanjal XII A, Md. Azfar XC won Bronze in 4×100 mts, 4×400 mts

Inter House Football Competition (VI- VIII)

This competition was conducted between the teams of class VA and VD, in which VA became the winning team.

Junior Athletic Meet 2024

Tagore International School, East of Kailash, recently hosted its Junior Athletic Meet, a spirited celebration of athleticism for students from Nursery to Class V on 25 October 2024. The youngest participants charmed the spectators with their exercises, setting an enthusiastic tone for the day.
The engagement and encouragement of the Guests of Honour, Frau Anika Schneider and Frau Barbera Hettich, representing the German school, Johannes Kepler Gymnasium, Weil der Stadt, Germany, brought an inspiring international dimension to the event, promoting camaraderie and cultural exchange.
The highlights of the event included impressive demonstrations in yoga, aerobics, judo, taekwondo, and gymnastics, showcasing students; discipline, coordination, and athletic skill. The excitement peaked with fun races, filling the air with cheers from parents and teachers alike. The Junior Athletic Meet was a memorable celebration of talent, sportsmanship, and international friendship.
