I started my career after my two children. Currently based in Mumbai.
Studied at Yoga Institute, learned Pilates, Power Yoga etc. Adding knowledge about Nutrition
from ACSM London, Science of Exercise from the University of Colorado.
Having trained lots of celebs, travelled overseas as a fitness coach. Famous as -Get fit with
Karishma.
Got the privilege to have my shows on TataSky & Hotstar. Also an Influencer now.
All this was possible because of the quality foundation. A good school and a great
education can help students thrive and unlock their full potential. The foundation phase is where
